Ich denke da muss man schon mehr machen als einen "simplen" Scan von gewissen Adressen.

Setz mal einen kleinen VPS auf und schneide die Bruteforce und Nmap Scans mit. Nach 1 Stunde wirst du wahrscheinlich von beiden mehr als 500 Anfragen haben.

Was glaubst du wie viele Spinner auf der Welt einfach einen Massenscan oder Massen SSH Bruteforce Angriff laufen lassen und dabei an Hoheitlichen Servern kratzen. Die könnten sich ja gar nicht mehr auf ihre eigentliche Arbeit konzentrieren weil sie nur noch am ausrücken wären um 15 Jährige Scriptkiddies hoch zu nehmen.

Aber von der Grundidee könntest du Recht haben. Wenn man den Angriff komplex genug gestalten würde, würde früher oder später was passieren.

 

Wäre interessant zu wissen wie die deutschen BKA, ZIB, BMF, BND, CAZ, usw Serverips lauten.

Glaube kaum dass da direkt eine Fahnung oder irgendein Ermittlungsprozess seinen Lauf nimmt, das könnten die sich nie leisten.

 

Zudem das FBI etc. für relevante Sachen interne Netze nutzt die garnicht von außen erreichbar sind..

 

1.) ist das nicht illegal

2.) ist das schlichtweg uninteressant, da vermutlich von HF (anders kann ich mir diesen Titel und den Inhalt nicht zusammenreimen)

Ich habe selbst mal eine Zeit lang die ganzen Behörden gescannt, deren Adressen finden sich nicht über irgendwelche IP-Tools und signalisieren auch keine Gemeinsamkeiten.

Das meiste wird von ganz normalen deutschen Providern gehostet (wie Hosteurope) oder dem BSI/ITZ.

Also ich glaube kaum, dass das FBI Zugriff auf interne Netze über öffentlich erreichbare Gateways ermöglicht, auch wird das kaum via VPN laufen, die Bundeswehr z.B. bezieht diesbz. eigene

Mich würde auch mal interessieren woher diese Einträge stammen. Es gab da mal eine deutsche Seite welche unter dem Stichwort Zensur solche Ranges aufgelistet hat, das war aber alles quatsch und ist längst veraltet.

Das mag viell. mal gewesen sein, aber seit den 90ern wird das Hosting über Bundeseinrichtungen ZIVIT/BSI/ITZ vom Staat übernommen, vereinzelt noch über Hosteurope.

 

Ich frage mich einfach wieso man so etwas postet, ohne sich damit zu beschäftigen bzw. wenigstens zu validieren.

Nichtmal die angeblichen deutschen Behördenranges sind "german controlled" sondern führen zu irgendwelchen kanadischen Hostern.

 

Wenn man gerne durch die Ranges deutscher Behörden geht, sollte man sich auf die obigen Dienstleister konzentrieren und nicht so einen Unsinn verbreiten.

Die Liste stammt von einem ehemaligen Schulkollegen der nun ein hochrangiger Sicherheitsbeamter vom Bundesstatt ist.

Jedoch ist diese nicht 100% up2date (da muss ich dir recht geben) - ist leider aus dem Jahre 2014.
